Getting around
The sidebar
From top to bottom, the sidebar shows:
- Today: your daily dashboard.
- This week: the week ahead. The grey number counts every scheduled 1-to-1 still to come, at any date.
- Promises: everything owed, both ways. The red number counts overdue promises.
- Templates: your agenda and email templates.
- Team · Cadence debt: every team member, the most overdue first. The pill next to each name says how many days since your last completed 1-to-1 with them, or Never if you have not met yet. Click a name to open that person.
When your team members belong to more than one team, they are grouped under team headers. The footer shows your name, the size of your team, and a gear button that opens Settings.

The toolbar
The toolbar changes with the section on screen:
- Promises: New promise.
- Templates: New template.
- Team members: Add a team member, and when someone is selected, Export, Edit and Prepare the 1-to-1.
Two buttons are always there:
- Quick search (the magnifier, ⌘K).
- Start a 1-to-1: a menu of your team members, most overdue first. Picking someone opens the preparation for their next 1-to-1.
Quick search
Press ⌘K and type at least two characters. Search ignores upper and lower case and accents, and looks through:
- team member names, roles and teams
- agenda topics
- notes, including private ones
- decisions and promises
- development goals, achievements and their tags
Press Return to open the first result, or click any result. A result opens the person it belongs to. Topics, notes and decisions also open the meeting they come from.
Search runs inside the app only. Private notes appear in results because you are the one searching; they are never sent anywhere.

Inside the preparation and meeting mode:

Export and Team member commands only work in the Team members section, with a person selected. While a sheet is open, most menu commands are paused; Lock now always works.
Prefer other keys? Every command is a regular menu item, so you can remap it in System Settings ▸ Keyboard ▸ Keyboard Shortcuts ▸ App Shortcuts.
